This Independent Agent Agreement(“Agreement”) is made by and between Mpowering America, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Mpowering”) and , an individual (“You” or “Agent”). Collectively Mpowering and Agent shall be referred to as the “Parties”. Any references to Mpowering shall also refer to any affiliated companies, including, but not limited to Mpowering Wealth, LLC, a Utah limited liability company.
