The purpose of this Project Development Agreement (“PDA") is to confirm the intent of the City of Coalinga (“Customer”) to select Johnson Controls (“JCI”) to develop a Design-Build solar energy project for the City’s Water Filtration Facility. This PDA will provide the basis of the scope, schedule, and deliverables of the PDA as well as the obligations of both parties, and the financial criteria representing the intended outcome of the project.
