This Amendment No. 3 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency, and Kirksey Architects, Inc. dba Kirksey (hereinafter referred to as “Architect/Engineer” or “A/E,” as defined in Article I, Definitions), (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend the Professional Architect / Engineer Services Agreement, TFC Contract No. 20-096-000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), as amended.
