This agreement covers the iPad loaned to the student against all damage or theft that is not due to negligence. Coverage is 24 hours per day. Negligence includes, but is not limited to; leaving the iPad unattended, leaving it out in the locker room, or damaged beyond repair. If negligence is determined to be the cause the student will owe the full value of replacing the iPad ($300). This insurance also does not cover lost iPads. iPads lost, stolen or broken will be required to be reported within 24 hrs. of the incident. Failure to do so will result in paying the full amount for the damages or replacement value.
