This Agreement shall be in effect for a period of three (3) years beginning as of August 1, 2022 and ending on July 29, 2025. Sixty days before the end of the term, SCHOOL DISTRICT may renew this Agreement for a subsequent three-(3) year term upon approval of the COLLEGE DISTRICT (SCHOOL DISTRICT and COLLEGE DISTRICT are sometimes referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”).
