2015, by and between Aqua Illinois, Inc. ("Aqua Illinois"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Illinois and having a place of business in the City of Kankakee in the County of Kankakee and State of Illinois, and Aqua Indiana, Inc. (“Aqua Indiana”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana. Aqua Illinois and Aqua Indiana each may be referred to herein as a "Party" to this Agreement.
