(the “Company”), (ii) the Company, (iii) the other Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) (the “Existing Guarantors”), and (iv) The Bank of New York (as successor to United States Trust Company of New York), as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
