This NGC Publishing Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a contract between you and NVIDIA Corporation (“NVIDIA”) for Content (as defined below) you publish and make available to NGC users. By accepting the terms of this Agreement or publishing Content to NGC users, you indicate that you understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then NVIDIA is unwilling to grant you the right to make Content available on NGC and you must not publish Content.
