This document in its entirety is the whole Agreement in relation to the sharing of Personal Confidential Data (PCD) shared between the partners that are a signatory to this Agreement. It is intended to support the Information Sharing Protocol (ISP) for the ‘Bolton Care Economy’ and should be read together with that information sharing protocol. This agreement complements and does not contradict any provision of the information sharing protocol.
