THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (these “Terms of Service”) are entered into by and between The Artemus Group, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Artemus”) and the client (the “Client” or “you”) (Artemus and Client each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), as defined in and set forth in an applicable Client Reporting Software Service Agreement (the “Client Agreement”), dated and effective as of the date the signature page attached to such Client Agreement is executed by Client (the “Effective Date”).
