As part of the agreement, Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (CEI) will continue to procure materials from vendors on behalf of Caesars Southern Indiana and the property will be eligible to participate in CEI’s national agreements*. Additionally, CEI will continue to provide payment for materials and services provided to Caesars Southern Indiana. This transitional service agreement (TSA) is estimated to be in effect until March 3, 2022, and if there is a change, we will advise accordingly. At that time, Caesars Southern Indiana operations and systems will convert to their own procurement system and processes.
