This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Terms of Service, Master Services Agreement or other written or electronic terms or agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) entered into by and between the entity accessing the Services (“Customer”) and Reforge, Inc. (“Company”). By executing the Addendum in accordance with Section 11 herein, Customer enters into this Addendum on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws (defined below), in the name and on behalf of its Affiliates (defined below), if any. This Addendum incorporates the terms of the Agreement, and any terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.

This EU and UK Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Faye Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between the customer signing this Addendum (“Customer”) and Faye (“Company”).
