This Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Online Banking and Mobile Banking services offered to you by Credit Union of Colorado, A Federal Credit Union. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who access Online Banking or Mobile Banking, any joint owners of accounts accessed under this Agreement, and any authorized users of the service. The words “we,” “us,” and “credit union” mean Credit Union of Colorado, A Federal Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more share or loan accounts or any other accounts you have with the credit union. "Device" means a supportable mobile device including a cellular phone or other mobile device that is web-enabled and allows secure SSL traffic which is also capable of receiving text messages. "Mobile Banking" means the banking services accessible from the device.
