THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THIS “AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE TABLE CAPTURE BROWSER EXTENSION SOFTWARE AND/OR ANY UPDATES TO SUCH SOFTWARE (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SOFTWARE”) PROVIDED BY GEORGEMIKE.COM (“LICENSOR”), YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS THE LICENSEE OF THE SOFTWARE (“LICENSEE” OR “YOU”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
