These Generally Available Terms and Conditions are between Verizon Services Corp., on behalf of its applicable affiliated operating telephone companies (individually or collectively, as applicable, “Verizon” or “Company”) and the person or entity purchasing Services hereunder ("Carrier" or "Customer") and include the Service Descriptions and other terms set forth in Attachments 1 through 3, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the "Agreement"). Customer agrees with and is deemed to have accepted this Agreement, as revised effective as of October 21, 2024 (the “Decommissioning Effective Date”), by Customer’s continued use of the Service(s) after the Decommissioning Effective Date.
