This Supplement Agreement (“Supplement”) to the AFTRA National Code of Fair Practice for Sound Recordings (“Code”) is between SAG-AFTRA (“SAG-AFTRA”) and the undersigned Record Labels (each, individually, the “Company”) and shall cover the production of music videos, as that term is defined herein, and is included and incorporated into said Code.
