All containers furnished by the Town of Greeneville remain the property of the Town of Greeneville. Customer is responsible for all container damage excepting only ordinary wear and tear and any damage caused by an improper act or omission of the Town of Greeneville. Further, the Town of Greeneville is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the container furnished you excepting only such liability as permitted by law for injury or damage caused by an improper act or omission of the Town of Greeneville. Customer grants the Town of Greeneville a license to enter upon Customer’s property as necessary to service, replace and remove its container.
