This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Infrastructure Technology Solutions, LLC. with offices at 22068 Business Highway 151, Monticello, Iowa 52310 (“us”, “our”, “we” or “ITS”), and you, the entity whose name, authorized signatory and contact information appear in the signature block of this Agreement (“you”, “your” or “Client”). This Agreement will be effective as of the latest date of the signatures of the parties below (“Effective Date”).
