ConAm requires that for Vendor to be approved to provide such services or goods, Vendor must satisfy certain requirements set forth herein regarding insurance, licensing and background checks for Vendor and its employees. ConAm has a contract with Compliance Depot to monitor Vendor’s compliance with such terms.
