THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED COLLATERAL ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, dated as of September 26, 2024 (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Agreement”), by and among SILVER POINT SCF CLO IV, LTD. (formerly known as Silver Point SCF CLO I, Ltd.), an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Issuer”), SILVER POINT SPECIALTY CREDIT FUND MANAGEMENT LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Collateral Manager” and its permitted successors and assigns), and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association), a national banking association, as collateral administrator (the “Collateral Administrator” and its permitted successors and assigns).
