CONCEPT- In an effort to reduce the cost of operating a real estate business, the Broker offers a selection of services and charges a fee for the appropriate services performed. The buyer agrees to help search and locate the property he/she wishes to invest in by performing certain functions and thus a portion of the broker compensation will be credited from the broker to buyer for buyer’s closing costs.
