This Monitor Agreement (this “Agreement”), entered into this 16 day of February, 2018, by and among Bronster Fujichaku Robbins, A Law Corporation by its director, Rex Fu- jichaku (the “Monitor”) and Air Medical Group Holdings, Inc. (“AMGH”) (the Monitor and AMGH together, the “Parties”) provides as follows:
