This Master Relationship Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into effective (the "Effective Date"), by and between: SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA HEALTH ORGANIZATION, INC. ("SIHO"), an Indiana business corporation; COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK, INC. ("CHNw"), an Indiana nonprofit corporation; and, the CITY OF FISHERS, INDIANA ("Fishers"), a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Indiana. Each are sometimes together referred to herein as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."
