(this “Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into, by and between, the City of Bingen, City of White Salmon, and Klickitat County, Washington, and the City of Hood River, Hood River County, and Port of Hood River, Oregon, each acting by and through its elected governing body, and hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
