Contract Type FiledJanuary 30th, 2020By signing this Electronic Communications Agreement, you are consenting to receive all Department of Public Health and Environment (DDPHE) Noise Program communications, including, but not limited to, general correspondences, noise level measurements, warnings, and violation notifications regarding your event electronically (via text message and/or email) in lieu of paper. In addition, you agree to be the designated person to receive these communications on behalf of the event including but not limited to set-up, while the event is occurring, and the breakdown of the event.
