This Agreement by and between the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis in Los Angeles (“ICPLA”), located at 10780 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite # 350, Los Angeles, CA, 90025, and , (“Speaker”) is effective as of the date executed by the last of the parties (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”). The purpose of this agreement is to clearly define the parameters of the agreement, as well as the expectations of both parties, so that the experience will be successful for both parties.
