This Master Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between the party accepting this Agreement (“Customer”) and Velocify, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Velocify”), and governs Customer’s purchase, access and use of Velocify’s Services (as defined below). This Agreement is effective as of the date (the “Effective Date”) Customer accepts this Agreement as described above. Customer and Velocify are referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
