YES NO I have read and fully understand all of the rules of the Condominium, and hereby agree to abide by them. YES NO I understand that I am NOT allowed to have any pets of any kind within the Condominium premises, throughout the time that I shall reside at the Condominium. YES NO I agree that I will not move in with a pet nor bring a pet into the unit after moving in.
