PUPPY SALES CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE 2019Puppy Sales Contract • July 9th, 2019
Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance, this puppy is sold on a strict non- breeding contract registered with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) and cannot be bred while this contract is in effect. This non-breeding contract cannot be lifted without the breeder/seller’s signature on the ‘Consent to Cancellation’ form supplied by the CKC. This puppy is NOT spayed/neutered before leaving my home, he/she must be spayed/neutered by 12 months of age, and proof of this must be sent to the breeder. Only exception is with a written request from your veterinarian with an explanation as to why a delay would be beneficial to your puppy. Breeder must receive proof of spay/neuter by 14 months of age otherwise this entire health warranty will be void. Should a dog on a Limited Registration be used for breeding there will be a $10,000 fine per litter produced.
