This document details the new-created software entities and tools used for provisioning the inter-domain net- working between SDN slices in the FELIX Federated Framework. To enable communication between SDN net- works two modules have been designed: Transit Network Resource Manager (TN-RM) and Stitching Entity Re- source Manager (SE-RM). This document gives the clear overview of the TN-RM and SE-RM design and imple- mentation. It explains modules' role in FELIX architecture as well as key functionality and inter-communication workflows for the inter-domain network provisioning.
