This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , between the Mechoopda Indian Tribe of Chico Rancheria, California (“Tribe”), a federally recognized Indian tribe, and Butte County (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California (“State”). The County and the Tribe shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Parties."
