The provisions of this Social Media Management Agreement, together with each Order Form (the “Order Form”) signed by Company and acknowledged by 4 Walls Inc. (“4 Walls”), and the current versions of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Legal Notices at form a binding agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) as of the date of the Order Form between 4 Walls and the company listed on the Order Form (“Company”).
