Both the Tenant and the Landlord have certain rights and duties relating to the Premises which have been set out in the general conditions attached to this document. By signing the general conditions, you accept these as the terms of the tenancy and agree to occupy the Premises together with the fixtures and fittings therein and the contents detailed in the inventory attached hereto (the “Contents”) in accordance with those conditions.
