THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of April 2021 by and between the CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, a California municipal corporation (hereinafter the “CITY”), and HQE Systems, Inc., a California corporation with its principal office at 42075 Remington Avenue, Suite #109, Temecula, California 92590 (hereinafter the “CONSULTANT”). City and Consultant are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
