The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Canadian Museum of Nature hereinafter referred to as the Employer, the Public Service Alliance of Canada hereinafter referred to as the Alliance and the employees, and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining.
