MrBackup (hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider” or “SP”) and all rights are reserved by MrBackup. In terms of this End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) you, a physical person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “You" or "the End User”), are entitled to use the Software defined below. The purpose of the Software is to facilitate Secure, Remote Data Storage. This Agreement must be interpreted to give meaning to this purpose. By using the software you agree to the terms set out herein. You are only entitled to the rights expressly granted. All other rights are reserved.
