This Podcast Network Agreement (this “Agreement”), is by and between Wings Media, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with offices located at 5905 Lenox Road, Bethesda MD, 20817, which owns and operates the Podopolo™ dynamic, interactive podcast network (“Provider”), and you (“Podcaster”). Provider and Podcaster may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
