This Agreement is for the rental of the soundstage / studio operated by SAF (“Property” or “Premises”) located at 11318 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90025. This Agreement is a standing agreement, with no set expiration until such time as notice is given by either party to terminate this agreement, or this agreement is superseded by a revised agreement, but will terminate in the event SAF no longer operates the soundstage / studio at the aforementioned Premises. The standard terms and conditions will apply to all individual studio rentals which will be governed by this agreement.
