This agreement for the provision of maintenance and support services is by and between Data Innovations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with principal offices at 463 Mountain View Drive, Colchester, VT 05446 (“DI”) and company (“Customer”). Each of DI or Customer may be referred to as a “Party” or together the “Parties”.
