By signing this agreement, you, the UNDERSIGNED (hereinafter “Participant”), give up your rights to bring a court action or otherwise make any claim against RIHEL (also doing business as the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership and/or Trailhead Institute, collectively “RIHEL”), their employees, representatives, members, officers, directors, volunteers, agents, program faculty, instructors and independent contractors, and other participants in any RIHEL training or other program or activity, to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any injury to you or to your property, or for your death, or for any other loss or damages of any kind, however caused, arising out of your participation in any training, program or other activity conducted or sponsored by RIHEL.
