Each Tenant individually has the full responsibilities and rights set out in this tenancy agreement and each joint tenant is responsible for paying all the rent and any service charge (including any arrears). We can recover any unpaid rent or service charge for your home from any one joint tenant. So if one joint tenant leaves the home, the remaining tenant or tenants must pay any rent and any service charge (including any arrears) that may still be owed.)
