THIS ADMISSIONS AGREEMENT (“Admissions Agreement” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of 2024 by, and between the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency (“Agency”) and the Village of Lake Zurich, Illinois, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Lake Zurich”) (the Agency and Lake Zurich sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”) in consideration of the mutual promises and conditions stated in this Admissions Agreement.
