In accordance with the provisions of Government Code Section 3505, et seq., this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the Board of Supervisors of the County of Yuba (County) and the Law Enforcement Management Supervisory Association (MSA), having met and conferred with regard to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for MSA for the period beginning July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027.
