These Terms of Use for the Provision of the Roivenue Service (“ToU”) are an integral part of the Agreement on the Provision of the Roivenue Service (“Agreement”) concluded between the company Roivenue s.r.o., with its registered office at Visionary Building, Plynární 1617/10, Praha 7 170 00 ID No.: 06812279, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 289445, as the provider of the Roivenue Service („Provider“) and the second party to the Agreement, i.e. the customer who wishes to use the Roivenue Service („Customer“).
