Pupils currently have Google for Education accounts which they use on Chromebook devices for completing classwork in school. The core Google for Education services are approved by the DfE and comply with GDPR. These core services include Google Classroom, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheet and Google Slides. Core services such as Gmail are disabled unless required for internal use by the Computing curriculum.
