this “Agreement”), you ("Subscriber"), agree to become a Subscriber to, and to participate in, the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center ("FS-ISAC"). Subscribership in FS-ISAC is contingent upon approval by FS-ISAC, Inc. and payment of applicable fees. Subscriber agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the FS-ISAC Operating Rules (the "Rules"), which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and which are available at fsisac.com. FS-ISAC will provide 15-days advance written or electronic notice of any changes to the Rules.
