THIS ARENA NAMING RIGHTS AGREEMENT is entered into as of December 9, 2020 but with an effective date as of October 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between (i) YUM! BRANDS, INC., a North Carolina corporation (“Yum”), and (ii) LOUISVILLE ARENA AUTHORITY, INC., a Kentucky non-stock, non-profit corporation (“LAA”).
