This Work Order and Amendment No. 3 to the Master Agreement for Architectural Services (“Amendment No. 3”) is made and entered into on October 26, 2021 (“Effective Date”), between Dublin Unified School District (“District”), and PBK Architects, Inc. (“PBK” or “Architect”). The District and Architect may be individually referred to as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
