This Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU” or “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2017 by and between GEORGETOWN DAY SCHOOL, INC., a District of Columbia corporation (the “School”) or its successors and assigns, and Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3E (“ANC 3E” or the “ANC”). The School and the ANC are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
