THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), entered into on this 8th day of November, 2018, between the COUNTY OF OCEAN, a Public Corporation of the State of New Jersey, having its offices in the Administration Building, Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the “County” and the BOROUGH OF SEASIDE PARK, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, having its offices at 1701 North Ocean Avenue, Seaside Park, NJ 08752, hereinafter referred to as “Municipality.” Collectively, the County and Municipality are referred to as the “Parties”.
